I forgot to wear a bra Wednesday, and it was extra cold in the office, so folks were real friendly around here ( Read more... )

Did you see the new mini-Mac? Very tiny. Very cute. (fairly affordable too at $500)

That sucks about the MAC people @ your Nordstrom. The ones at Oak Brook are super-attentive - they apologize profusely for every little thing, if even to turn their backs to get a product out of the drawer.

Old Orchard is just...crummy. The people are obnoxious and they figure that most women at the makeup counters don't have lives because their husbands work all day to pay for their makeup and fur coats. I love Oak Brook, and never experienced the whole obnoxious sentiment there, but unfortunately it's way further than OO.
But I saw the color in person and it's gorgeous! Unfortunately, I think it will look better on you because of your coloring, but hey, thanks for the recommendation! I can't wait to try it.

Damn, I almost always forget to wear a bra to the office and noone is EVER especially nice to me when it's cold. No luck on the project yet, but it'll take a couple of weeks to do it without triggering any alarms.

Funny how you can forget things like that. I forgot to put one on when I was dressing for the first day of my last school year. It was only during a conversation involving elderly people with saggy boobs (no, I don't know how we came to that topic), that I peeked down my school uniform dress and to my surprise realised that I was missing something! Of course, my dear peers saw my reaction, so then I had to tell them about it. Embarrassing. They haven't let me live it down either :-)

Nowadays, I wear a bra to bed after reading somewhere that it'll help to fight gravity when you're older. Don't know if that's true or not, though.

Have a lovely day! :-)

P.S. I had Cinnabon and Subway cookies this past week. When are you going in for your next visit? :-)

My roommate used to wear a bra to bed, but she had tremendously large breasts, and I always was appalled because it just seemed so uncomfortable. The moment I get home I take my bra off, but I'm not too concerned with gravity - wish I was :-)

Cinnabon is usually only found at large out-of-date malls and the airport for us - it used to be there was a Cinnabon everywhere. Subway, on the other hand, I can step outside and walk into about 8 of them in a four block radius - usually someone goes and I tell them to grab me a cookie, so hopefully this week! The Cinnabon I shall need to wait for my next airport visit :-)

Out of date? OUT OF DATE? How can something that fantastic be out of date? Awful - Americans actually created something great and now they don't care for it - THAT'S AWFUL. Shame on them. How DARE they do that to my Cinnabon...

Okay, I've complained enough. Luckily, I only have to go the the shopping centre in the next suburb for my Cinnabon fix. My sympathies to you.

Have a lovely day! :-)

I'm with you - Cinnabon should be EVERYWHERE! I wish they'd set up drive thru or something for it. I think the reason Americans don't want to see it everywhere is because we're a nation of fat people, and Cinnabon is about 400% of one's weekly calorie intake! You're lucky you have access to it so easily, and that you're so skinny you can have as many Cinnabons as you like!
