Last few hours in "paradise"...
Well...the time has come. Yes folks, as sad as it is, I am writing my last post from California.
Dennis and I went to Hollywood today. I got the last few souvenirs that I needed for my dad and Kevin. Yay for that. I'm pretty much broke now, but it was ALL money well spent. Then he and I went to his Figure Skating lesson in Culver City. Yay for ice skating! I didn't actually skate much, but I had a blast. And I got to meed Dennis' coach, she's so much fun! She's TINY but totally full of energy...its cute. And he landed another double today, which was really cool to see.
Last night we went to Hollywood too. It was raining and the Hollywood sign wasn't lit up so that's why we went back. I took tons of pictures of the Kodak theatre and the walk of fame and Graumans (spelling? Anyone?) Chinese Theatre where all the stars dip their feet in the cement. It was pretty cool, and I got some good pictures of that. Yay! Then he and I met Mazi at a cute Chinese restaurant called Chin Chin. Good food, good times. Then we went to WeHo and had drinks at Fiesta Cantina, the gay mexican cantina. I've been there 3 times this week, but we had a great time. I got a little tipsy, and we all had fun
Anyway, cross your fingers for me that I get a flight tonight. I love Cali, but I am ready to go sleep in my own bed and see my family and friends.
