My dear friend Sarah will be running the Race For Life, London on May 7. The Race For Life is a fundraiser for cancer research; this cause is very close to her heart as her mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. If you can stand to spare a buck or two, every little bit counts and hey, donating will probably bring you some good karma, right? Here's her page, no pressure to donate, but I know how charitable you lot are, so I thought I'd toss this one out there.

I'm not looking forward to this week, for many-a-reason. Tomorrow, I have to take my father to his colonoscopy appointment which means I have to drive his massively large Ford Expedition (because clearly, we live in upstate Vermont and require four-wheel drive in all seasons and because clearly, he works in construction or another trade industry that would warrant all of that hauling power, OR NOT AT ALL).

We're heading up to Old Orchard Beach (Addams Family pinball!) this weekend to decompress, however, and then returning Sunday in the late afternoon to do Easter dinner. Something to look forward to!

Bruins beat the Habs, 4-2, which is wonderful because I was so nervous about that game. The Red Sox beat the Jays three out of four; we're not out of the dark yet, but that was promising.

I'd really like to see You Instead. And not just because I'm obsessed with Natalia Tena.

And there's a jelly bean that has the likeness of Kate Middleton on it. This dude wants five-hundred pounds for it; shall we take up a collection?

My friend's kid is adorable, vote for her on the cover of Parents.

That's all for today. I've got a Flat Lexie that I have to go have some more fun with.
