Life, the Universe, and Everything but the.....
Fall is looming in the near future.It has always been my favorite season. So crisp, the cool stirring of the air almost alive on my skin. Gorgeously refreshing, something I am in much need of after weeks of stagnant healing.
Starting this weekend I will be working more than full time for the next two months. I am staying at my Banquet Captain job on the weekends and helping to train the new supervisors at University of New England's Bar/Grill location. Will be nice to get out of the house on a regular basis and the money is not bad either.
The wrist is healing. Last x-rays brought the PA to say the word "beautiful" a multitude of times, while I had a difficult time dealing with my huge, raised four inch long incision closed with 10 metal staples. Mmmm Scars. I can drive again and do my own hair. Yay for small victories. Three more weeks of hard cast.
Glad life is returning to it's usual busy whirl wind......
And nothing is better than waking up to coffee and your favorite muffin from the one you love....
