Jogging

Have been very lax on joggin lately (as in I havn't gone in the past month or so) and as it is that time of year I have been eating more junk food. So yesterday I pushed myself to go jogging again. Wow how out of aerobic shape one can get in a short period of time. Glad I'm not still smoking!

I only jogged yesterday for about 15mins. I didn't push myself too too hard obivously, just tryin gto get back in the swing of things. Came home and did the same today. Noticed a marked impovement in my breathing and stamina. How much of a difference a day makes.

Hopefully I will get back on a semi-regular schedual now for jogging. I don't even care if I jog 10 miles - I don't care if I don't ever get past doing just 1 mile at a time. I am not striving to be a great runner, just include some aerobic activity into my life. I know that if I push myslef tot he point where I don't enjoy it anymore then I will struggle to motivate myself next time so two days of 15-20mins each is good in my book!
