Some people are doing this meme as "fandoms as relationships", but the person I ganked this from had it as "TV shows as exes" so that's what I'm going with. The source material (TV show) =/= the fandom.
The one who seduced you, screwed you over, broke your heart in a million pieces, and laughed about it:
Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Angel screwed me over too, but in different and slightly less painful ways.
The old flame you don't see very often any more but whom you still really enjoy getting together with for a few drinks and maybe a pleasant nostalgic romp:
Highlander, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, DC Animated Universe
The mysterious dark one whom you used to sit up with talking until 3 AM at weird coffee houses and with whom you were quite smitten until you realized s/he really was fucking crazy:
Supernatural
The one you spent a whole weekend in bed with and who drank up all your liquor and whom you'd still really like to get with again, although you're relieved s/he doesn't actually live in town:
Smallville. And White Collar to a lesser extent--the "would still really like to get with" part, I mean.
The steady:
Stargate. By which I mean SG-1 and SGA, not SGU. It's the one I fell for in 2003, watching the first 5 seasons in syndication on SPACE. It's the show for which I've written the most fic, and for which I will likely continue to write fic because I haven't finished saying everything I want to say about the characters or the 'verse. I left and then came back, and it seems I've come back to stay for the foreseeable future.
The alluring stranger whom you've flirted with at parties but have never gotten really serious with:
Merlin, Sherlock, Doctor Who. It's probably just coincidence that all three are British shows.
The one you hang out with and have vague fantasies about maybe having a thing with, but ultimately you're just good buddies:
Leverage, Castle
The one your friends keep introducing you to and who seems like a hell of a cool person except it's never really gone anywhere:
Farscape, definitely. I mean, I own the whole damn thing on DVD! I just keep resisting them because what if we don't work out? It's a lot darker than I'm generally comfortable with, and I'd hate to ruin the mystique.
The one who's slept with all your friends, and you keep looking at them and thinking, "How the hell did they land all these cool people?"
Battlestar Galactica. Also dark, but without Farscape's crazy charm.
The one who gave you the best damned summer of your life and against whom you measure all other potential partners:
SUCH a complicated question. If it wasn't for how things ended so spectacularly badly, I'd say the Buffyverse. The West Wing gave me a brief taste of that old glory, because it was brilliant despite going somewhat AU in Season 5. Sorkin's sexism was a bit off-putting, however, and I never really got over the tonal shift between Sorkin and Wells. In the end, I'll name DS9 and DCAU as the shows against which I measure all other shows because neither did too much to disappoint me and they told stories that would send chills running up and down my spine.
The one you recently met at a party and would like to get to know better:
Young Justice, Haven, Switched At Birth. (*sings* "One of these things is not like the others, one of these things just doesn't belong...")
The old flame that you wouldn't totally object to hooking up with again for a one night romp if only they'd clean up a bit:
DC COMICS YOU ARE ON NOTICE. (Not a TV show, I know.) And Criminal Minds, kind of.
Your hot new flame:
Suits, though I can't tell yet if this one's going to last. The only reason it's standing out from the pack of Young Justice, Haven, and Switched At Birth is because it has a blatantly obvious slash OTP. It may end up the way of White Collar, who knows.
The one who stole your significant other:
Marvel movieverse. Not a TV show, I know, and heck--I thought Captain America was awesome and I'm totally going to see the new Spider-Man next year. But I still kind of resent how it's getting all this attention, from Hollywood and from fandom, when my poor neglected Wonder Woman movie is never going to get made. :(
In other news: I am reading Steph/Damian. It's ridiculously cute. PLEASE SEND HELP.
I prefer
