So I don't need to change banks afterall.
In a update to my post I made a little while ago, so I didn't call the bank at 3. Instead I decided to wait. I had reasons for waiting....yay internet porn. Anywho, so at 4, I got a phone call and guess what, IT WAS THE BANK MANAGER!!!!!!!!!
Finally. I told her I've been trying to get ahold of her for about a month now and she told me this was the first time she's got a message from me. So I explained to her my fee sitution first and she put me on hold. After a few minutes, she picked up and told me she was going to credit my account 100.00. Yes! It's not a 150 dollars but I'll take the 100.00. I could really use it to pay my bills.
So now I explain to her how I've been dealing with Laura the assistant manager and how I've been arguing with her about it and how Laura kept telling me she was going to give my information to her (bank manager) and what happen with the yellow slip of my information that got handled out to a random customer....and the branch manager didn't sound to happy about what I was telling her.
So two scores for me!
