I need to change banks

So a few minutes ago my mom gives me a call and she asks "guess what happen today?", I responded with "what?" and she told me about how one of her co-workers went to get change from their bank, which is the same I bank at, and when he got back, there was a yellow slip attached to one of the rolls of quarters with my name on it. Not only did it have my name on it, but it had my savings account and my phone number on it as well!

See I had been calling this branch trying to get ahold of their manager for the past month now regarding a $150.00 fee that got put to my account because of some ruling I had no clue about and the only way I can get the fee reversed is if I talk to the branch manager about it. The bank is located in Benicia and I have to go through them because that's where I opened the savings account and because it's in Benicia, I really don't wanna drive 20 minutes back and forth and waste the gas and toll for a convo that's most likely going to turn out to be a "no" answer, but since I've been calling, for some reason it's impossible for me to get ahold of the bank manager.

For some reason she's either busy with someone on the other line or she's not there. So I've been talking to the assistant manager named Laura. Now Laura has been there for almost as long as I've been banking there, problem is, she's a bitch. Basically if anyone has an issue, it's a no answer, even if it's something that she has no right saying no to. So I've talked to her twice about the matter and ended up arguing with her over the phone about it both times when I should have just been talking to the actual branch manager. Laura told me she would have the branch manager call me back, but she never has. I've also talked to some other random guy who was just there for a day helping out because the bank was short handed and he told me he would relay the message to the branch manager as well, but I still haven't heard back from her. So either my messages isn't getting to her and she has no clue about whats going on with my account OR she's just been really busy about things and hasn't called me back, but then again in my view that's HORRIBLE FUCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I'm sorry, but I've always been taught if a customer is having issues with something, espically when it involves money, you help that customer out as soon as possible, not at your fucking leasure.

So lets get back to today shall we? So my mom ended up making a copy of the little note that had my PERSONNAL information on it that was attached to a change roll and took the original back to Laura. My mom went up to Laura about it and let her know that I was her son and she wanted to know why my personal information got stuck to a change roll? Laura told her "oh it must have been in my drawer and that's why it got stuck to a roll." then ripped it up and threw it away and apprently let for the day.

1. Why the fuck was that in her drawer? I gave her that information fucking weeks ago to give to her branch mananger so she could call me and get my 150 dollar fee sorted out.

2. How does that happen? How do you mistaken hand over someone's personnal information to a random customer because it's somehow attached to a roll of quarters? How do you not catch something like that?

So I called US Bank again about 10 minutes ago and I'm waiting to hear back from the manager. If she doesn't call me back by oh let's say 3. I'm going to call again and again until she calls me back and if she doesn't, I'm going to try and call a corporate number because this is becoming a hassle. As soon as I get this matter sitution, I'm changing banks.
