Exercise - Reps / Weight

Leg Curl - 11 / 100lbs
Leg Extension - 10 / 120lbs
Leg Press - 8 / 210lbs
Lat Pulldown (Pullup grip) - 12 / 150lbs
Hammer Strength Lateral Bench - 12 / 104lbs
Seated Row - 9 / 105lbs
Overhead Press (Machine) -  / 85lbs
Biceps Curl (Machine) - 8 / 90lbs
Triceps Extension - Cable - 8 / 100lbs
Wrist Curl w/ Barbel - 9 / 45lbs

Notes: The order of my workout was all screwy because people were on the machines when I needed to use them.  In addition, both Leg Extensions and Overhead Press were on a different machine than the ones I normally use.  The overhead press was significantly more difficult despite only being a 5lb difference.  I think that it is a tougher machine.  I also had a rest of about 5 seconds before I could do one final rep on the leg extension machine.
