Ok, question:
Western Washington Fellowship of Reconciliation has a
very sad website and is finally allowing me to revamp it.
(WWFOR website meet your new friends: Color, Font Variety, and Organization).
But they have one condition for me: I have to design it in such a way that it is easily updatable by people who know very little or nothing about HTML.
So what's the best way to do this? Just keep it super simple (two frames - one for an index, one for content - and really basic text codes) and teach them a tiny bit of code? Or should I just encourage them to get a program to make websites (right now they're using Microsoft Word) like Dream Weaver or something (I've never used them so I don't know what's good)?
