Now that AO3 has introduced fandom feeds, the number of entries for active feeds on my network page is getting a bit overwhelming. Fandom feeds are great, but not if they make my network page useless by cluttering it with entries for fandoms I don't read in :) So, I went looking for a way to not have to see the feeds. And of course, someone at DW has already solved the question before it could be asked!
I thought I'd share.
At the top of the page, in the navigation bar, there's a dropdown filter where you can choose to view Journals, Communities, or just Feeds. This, btw, also works for your reading page.
Or you can make your own links: at the end of the url (
http://USERNAME.dreamwidth.org/network) paste ?show=P (for personal journals), ?show=C (for communities) or ?show=F (if you like to see just the feeds). These links you can bookmark for one-click access, of course, or add to a links list in your journal.
And even better, you can combine them: ?show=PC, for example, is just personal journals and communities, but no feeds.
