As Dean laps at the bite on Sam's shoulder, he can feel this brothers blood trickle into his mouth; he didn’t mean to bite so hard, but the moan that it drew from Sam was unearthly.
Sam had wanted to be fucked hard and fast, and what Sam wants, Sam gets. Dean had slicked himself up and buried himself deep inside Sam. No need for prep as Sam was still stretched from earlier that morning.
