A/N: So I know I'm last posting this fic. I know. Work has kept me crazy for the past few days and the internet connection here is pretty horrible. So, this is Royal Air Force, and this fic was inspired by a conversation my friend and I had about how Pansy could redeem herself from the terrible things she has done in the past. I also guessed a lot on timeline stuff for the Royal Air Force ie. the time spent in ranks. I compared them to the US Military and guessed. So, if it isn't accurate, I'm really sorry, and please, send me an e-mail and I'd be happy to fix it! Ginny Bashing is very limited, and I do it because I just don't like Ginny, my apologies to anyone who likes her. And, Pansy is such a bad ass, IMHO. Ok I'm done.
Laughing with Fred, Hugo, Albus, and Lily, Pansy said, “You wouldn’t believe what happened next. So I’m hanging out of the Helicopter, and me mates are all screaming in fright, thinking that I’m going to fall to my death, but they didn’t know that I had my wand up my sleeve, hanging on to dear life, flying over this cliff in Australia. A moment later, I’m up in the chopper, wind swept and red faced, looking at my comrades, grinning asking them where the patient needed an IV placed, needle already in my hand.”
Fred squealed in laughter as he threw himself across his cousin Hugo, “That is the best story I’ve ever heard! Ever!”
Hugo clapped a hand over his cousin’s mouth before shaking a head, “There is no way that you did that. You’re pulling our legs.”
Shaking her red hair over her shoulders, Lily said, “I cannot believe that you’d get yourself in a situation like that.” Looking Pansy up and down, Lily stated, “You don’t look the type to do such a thing to yourself.”
“Lily, stuff it.” Albus cuffed her upside the head and grinned as his father came over to them.
“More stories?” Harry rested his hand on Pansy’s shoulder before smiling down at the teens.
“Amazing stories.” Albus said excitedly as he pulled on his sister’s hair.
“Well,” Pansy looked up at Harry and to the ceiling, “Lily isn’t so sure they are true.”
“Oh really..” Harry started to say before young Fred cried out, “Mistletoe! Uncle Harry is under the mistletoe!” Squirming from Hugo’s grip, he tugged on Pansy’s green top before saying, “That means you have to kiss.”
Lifting a brow at the young Weasley, Harry watched as the smirk spread across her face. She stood next to him in her smart oxford heels and laid a kiss on his lips. “Oh! They’re kissing!” Roxanne belted out as she came skidding around the corner, smashing into her twin brother.
Separating as they heard a glass smash onto the floor, both dark haired adults looked across the room where Ginny was standing stock still, gaping at them. “I think, I’m going to go.” Pansy looked at the silent room before messing up Albus’ hair and moving towards the coat room.
Standing near the banister, Harry saw Molly at the door looking at the ex-Slytherin. “Dearie, you don’t have to go. Ginny, well, she is a Weasley. I do apologize for her behavior tonight.”
“Thank you very much, Mrs. Weasley.” Pansy wrapped a fur coat around her shoulders before saying, “I’ve had a great Yule, honestly, much better than spending it in a sandy bunker in the Middle East, or a wet hut out in Indonesia.” Smiling at the woman of the house, Pansy said, “I also apologize if I caused much trouble.”
“Of course not.” Molly looked at her before saying, “Albus thinks very highly of you.”
Pausing, Pansy said, “He’s a really good kid. He was raised very well.”
Harry smiled before he walked forward and said, “I’ll see her out, Molly.”
Nodding, Molly grasped Pansy’s thin hands in hers and kissed them in farewell. “Be safe, dearie.”
Opening the door, and stepping outside into the small storm of flurries, Harry looked at the witch before saying, “I didn’t know it was going to be such a problem.”
Pansy rested a hand on his stubbled cheek before saying, “No one knew, but we could have guessed.”
Resting his forehead against hers, Harry asked, “Will you come by tonight?”
She nodded and said, “Will you be home?”
Laughing, Harry pulled on her dark hair before pecking her lips, “Of course.”
“Then you have my answer, Harry.” With a crack, Harry dropped his hands and looked at the spot where she was just standing.

With a sharp salute, Albus smiled a little at his father and step-mother. “You know, Pansy, I was almost scolded by the Group Captain for not telling him that my step-mother was an Air Marshal.”
“Oh really?” She lifted a perfectly sculpted brow and asked, “Shall I have a word with him?”
Laughing, Albus adjusted his flight cap slightly before stepping towards a helicopter. “I’d rather you not, he already gives me enough shite for becoming a heli-pilot and not a medic like he wanted me to be in Officer-school.”
Harry snorted, “I think one doctor in the family is enough. Your mother would have had vapours if you had had to go to school for another four years in the muggle world.”
Albus shrugged, “Well, I tried working at the ministry, it just wasn’t me.”
“But this is.” Pansy smiled at Al and held onto Harry’s hand as she watched Albus Severus swing himself into the helicopter.
“It is.” He smiled wide before asking her cheekily, “Would you like to be our flight doctor, you know, take the rust off of your hinges?”
