T-Mobile has messed up my account somehow. The phone says I have no service, but all my web stuff works. What's really frustrating is their only options for support are calling or chatting on the web. Why can't I send an email? I have plans for the evening and don't want to have to chat to get a solution.
So yeah, I wouldn't bother trying to call me right now. Or text.
