"The packet dropping probability varies from "max_p" to 1," Jack read."Okay what language is this? It certainly isn't English."
Ianto smiled."I'm still trying to work it out."
"What is it?"
"Queue management software. We've been having so many simultaneous incursions recently I thought we could try to get them to take turns?"
"Invader number three please?" Jack smiled. "You really think it'll work?"
Ianto shrugged. "We're running on empty. I'll try anything and besides." Ianto pointed to the name of the software. Random Early Detection. "You always say red works for me."
