"Ianto not with you?" Gwen asked. "Got him chained to the bed again?"
Rhys turned towards them, eyes wide.
Jack thought back to how he had left Ianto that morning, head in his hands, desperately resisting the urge to swear at the person on the other end of the phone. Even with Torchwood and the Queen behind them it was proving to be hard to convince the authorities to reactivate Ianto's driving licence and passport when, according to official records, he was dead.
Jack smiled. "In a manner of speaking." Rhys' eyes went wider. "He's tied up in red tape."
