Inspired by a scene in series 1 of BBC3’s wonderful ‘Being Human’ (starring three guest stars from Doctor Who - Lenora Crichlow (Gridlock), Sinead Keenan (End of Time) and Russell Tovey (Voyage of the Damned, End of Time)). Probably won’t make much sense if you haven’t seen either the UK or US version of Being Human.

“Come on!” Annie shouted, looking at George warily. “We need to get outside.”
Jack looked at George, unconcerned despite the tics in his hands and shoulders . George reminded Jack of a puppy, or Andy Davidson.
“Fine,” Annie huffed and blinked out. Mitchell was already outside, hugging the TV. They sat on the step in silence, trying not to listen to the frantic banging on the door followed by a blood-curdling scream.
“Do you think he really is immortal?” Annie asked, her voice a whisper.
Mitchell shrugged, putting an arm round her shoulder. “We’ll find out in the morning.”
