After a YEAR of trying to get my side account back, I got this via email today. Let me restate - A YEAR.

WHAT???!! I've been emailing you for WELL OVER A YEAR and you have the audacity to tell me that because my account has been inactive for THE ENTIRE TIME I'VE BEEN EMAILING YOU that you can't help me??!! To say that I'm livid is a vast understatement. I've provided you with a lot of records proving that jayden is my side account, as well as screen grabs of some knuckledragger who still is trying to acccess it via monkeyquest despite it being inactive for a year...a year that YOU have been sitting on the information that I sent you. I'm not even sure where to begin at this point.
1) you need to provide me with what you need from me to get my side account back
2) you need to look through what I have already sent you via attachments and tell me what part of it that you don't understand.
3) you need to be more forthcoming since this is the FIRST email that I have recieved from you EVER, despite me contacting you over a YEAR ago.
I'm still in shock that it has taken this long to get a response to this ticket. I'll resend everything as a response and multiple attachments to this email tomorrow afternoon since you seem to have lost everything else.
Again, if I seem angry, it is because I am. Angry and incredulous that after a year of sending in comments via a ticket, I get a response and it's this one.
