Yeah, me too a little. But then it's difficult with Damon because he's a terrible person and so forth. She takes vervaine though, so random fling/one-night stand is maybe okay? I also ship her a little with Liz Forbes. I want them to run the town together. I mean, I guess they already are, we just never see it.

This show is too fast-paced sometimes. They don't leave enough time in between stuff to assume character/relationship development off screen.

Running through the woods sounds fun. And pack, if it's healthy! And the awesome smelling and healing and stuff.

Elijah just comes across as so competent! I can't help but like him. It's like when Katherine returned to Mystic Falls - she was so damn efficient!

I want Bonnie and Caroline share an apartment in college and Caroline drives Bonnie crazy with constant re-decorating and then bakes her cookies to apologise and girls night in and interrogating boyfriends and yes. Threatening and/or killing people for each other! Sexy times are a bonus.

(You've hit the nail on the head with the Stefan/Bonnie issue. At this point their ship makes the most sense to me as a conflicted one, with so much tension on the Damon issue. I actually like it that way, but for real stability/commitment Damon has to stay far away. ...or reform completely, but both Stefan and Bonnie know how unlikely that is. Stefan/Bonnie only seems to get written as a side ship/as a result of Elena/Damon though and you know my feelings on that.)

I ship Carol/Damon from the standpoint of really enjoying the Damon/Women-who-only-look-older-than-him dynamic XD DAMON/COUGAR OTP. Mostly, I just want Carol to have a fling with him, since she views him as the "22-year-old" young man who keeps flirting with her :D

OH GOD, I WANT THE FIC WHERE BONNIE AND CAROLINE GO TO COLLEGE TOGETHER. *_________* BEST EVER. Threatening/killing people for each other is the best ever \o/

(Oh, I agree. Theoretically, I love the complex, conflicted, tension-filled dynamic of Stefan/Bonnie. I say theoretically because very few people write it and it only exists in my head. I WANT STEFAN/BONNIE FIC THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH DAMON/ELENA. Like, in my head, it takes place about ten years later and Stefan & Damon eventually left Elena and Elena's living a normal life, and Bonnie runs into Stefan somewhere and they start up this weird and quiet, but doomed relationship. And I also kinda really want the Bonnie/Stefan/Elena fic where Stefan and Bonnie alternate between having this calm understanding that one day they'll come into conflict and yet there's still this tension that always bubbles up when Damon comes up.)

(Basically everything you said. I even just want them to INTERACT in fic. As friends with the undercurrent of Damon issues, or having negotiations, or snapshots of them running into each other over the years and getting dragged into supernatural business and so forth. And the Bonnie/Stefan/Elena fic you described. I'm hoping that Elena doesn't always side with Damon because really. I want her to have conversations with both Stefan and Bonnie where she's like I'm not siding with anyone BUT YOU HAVE TO SEE IT FROM THEIR PERSPECTIVE and FAMILY ISSUES and they're like I ALREADY SAW THAT SIDE ELENA. Sob.)
