I'm pretty tired of people dogging on the Big 12, especially the North Division. This year the North is sending 5 out of 6 teams to bowl games and that was a fumbled punt return from being all 6 teams. In any other conference, if teams don't do so well the media excuses them "because they're a tough conference and all the teams are beating up on each other." Whatever. Here CBS is at halftime talking about how A mediocre SEC team would dominate the Big 12 North. Like hell they would.
It was a nice Thanksgiving for the most part. When I first got home my sister really pissed me off. My mom tells me she planned on me picking her up from school on Wednesday and then I go have lunch with her and a couple of her friends before we go see HP. Well, it ended up that I was just giving her a ride so she could be with her friends and I was "welcome to eat with them" but who wants to have lunch with a dozen `14 year old girls? So I was mad but I got over it after awhile.
I played golf with my Dad, Grandpa, Uncle Tom and cousin Fred this morning. Shooting 84 with 4 birdies is pretty solid after not playing for a month. I like playing with this group of people. They're all golfers so they know what's going on and playing with family is nice.
