Who: Byakuya Kuchiki, David Webb, Lust, Remus Lupin, Vash the Stampede (anyone else at the Patrol HQ/prison facility. Priscilla? Riza?)
When: backdated: night of Thursday 11 Nov. through morning of Friday the 12th
Where: En route, Patrol HQ, and prison cell
Format: I do enjoy prose, but anything goes.
What: In response to accusations of being the Big Bad Wolf, Lupin turns himself in for overnight containment and observation.
Warnings: Multiple threads. Some things are Closed: Vash has offered to walk Loop to HQ, where he will meet Byakuya, be put in a cell where he's guarded by David, and probably visited at least once by Lust. But additional threads are more than welcome. Also needn't be Lupin-centric; can start more threads & talk amongst yerselves.

He said over the forge to Vash, "I'm on my way to the Patrol Headquarters now to meet the Commander of the Policing Division. If you'd like to accompany me there, I should reach the corner of [insert the accurate crossroads]-
in about five minutes."

No more than half an hour later, he's shuffling up to the front door of HQ.
"I'm looking for the commander."

He turns over both forge and wand without having to be asked. He does not resist or complain, and does not seem daunted at the sight of the cell. His horror of confinement was spent long ago in the Shack. The prospect of being restrained, tonight, not for the first time, is more of a relief.
He goes at once to the bare cot, sits down on it, and closes his eyes in meditation.
He opens them when someone approaches the bars.
