There's a Door, but it seems to only work one way. I've talked to a few people and read the packet we newcomers are sent. I've been meaning to go there myself to see if I could find out anything with my spells.

The mist? I haven't been able to investigate it too closely, but from what I've heard it's some kind of energy - it's not real fog. If you stay out in it it messes with your mind. Hallucinations, fears, things like that. It's advisable not to get too close to it.

If the door seems to be the only entrance between worlds then surely there's a way for it to go both ways. You haven't yet. Now seems like a good time to do so.

I'll keep that in mind, for the time being.

But with her shortcut, she probably made it to the Door first, hopping off the mana pad and letting the last square fade away as she touched down on the ground. She turned, spying Kain's approach, and lifted an arm to greet him. ]

Yeah. Hard to believe something like this is capable of pulling people out of their world, isn't it?

It reminds me a bit of Feymarch actually, except without the ability to leave. Still I have never seen anything like this.
