You'll get stronger much more easily if you start slow and work your way up. If I throw everything I have at you right away and you're not able to handle it, I could do a lot of damage. And if you get hurt it'll slow down your training since you'll need to wait to recover.
No, I didn't see it. I heard about it. Sounds to me like you need to work more on your defense.
