Well, for one? That you really shouldn't drop it. It's not a good idea, unless you've got some skill in repairing what you've broken.

Secondly -- well, I figured out how to do this. It seems a bit like a mobile, in that regard. Voice messaging and a keyboard for text messaging.

Anything I'm missing?
