[When the Forge turns on, it's quickly discovered that it's accidental. It is lying on the floor with a view of the ceiling, the one this particular device belongs to not looking at it. He's sitting on the bed he'd awoken in, a hand covering his face, black ponytail and loose strands of hair helping to block out the rather handsome visage.]Saya

[Have a young-looking man with black hair in your Forge screen, Haji. Normally he would be grinning and cheerful in greeting a new arrival, but the serial killer has struck four times in the last two days, leaving three injured and one dead. So he looks serious today, and rather concerned.]

Hey there. Listen, you're not in your world anymore. This is Anatole, and this person, Saya, is probably not here.

I know this might sound strange to you, and you probably have questions, but for now, you should probably stay inside. This is a dangerous time to be here--there's a serial killer on the loose, and the attacks have gotten much more frequent in the past few days.

[While Haji is from an era with these types of devices, he's never used one. Things like television and cell phones were useless when one fought constantly. So he stares for a moment, slight surprise flickering in his eyes.]

Then I will look for her until she is found.

[He has lots of questions, lots of things he doesn't understand (not in his world? serial killer?) but he doesn't care to ask them now.]

[He's determined to find her, whether these people actually believe she is here or not. It's what he does.]

I don't need your concern.

[It's not rude or condescending. It's spoken quietly, without any inflection, as if he's stating a fact and would prefer it if that concern was placed with someone who really did need it.]

[There's a note of desperation in there. He's half-tempted to volunteer himself to help him look for this girl--who he knows isn't here because there's never once been a "Saya" on the network--so he won't be alone and get himself killed but he can't, because there are people who need him and a killer on the loose that he needs to be on guard for. He hopes he can make this guy listen to reason.]

[He notes that desperation, that worry. He would be doing the same, if it came to Saya or one of those people he had allowed himself to acknowledge as more than people. It seems so important to him and while he does not care to listen, while he thinks Saya is out there and he must be searching for her, he finds that it's probably necessary to stop and listen.]
