I know this might sound strange to you, and you probably have questions, but for now, you should probably stay inside. This is a dangerous time to be here--there's a serial killer on the loose, and the attacks have gotten much more frequent in the past few days.

[There's a note of desperation in there. He's half-tempted to volunteer himself to help him look for this girl--who he knows isn't here because there's never once been a "Saya" on the network--so he won't be alone and get himself killed but he can't, because there are people who need him and a killer on the loose that he needs to be on guard for. He hopes he can make this guy listen to reason.]
