Last night, one of our cats somehow managed to get the freezer door open. We have no idea how, but we are sure that it must have been the cat and not us. Why? Because the way our freezer door is situated, when it is completely ajar (as it was this morning when we discovered the problem) it actually blocks the hallway, which is the only entrance from the living room to the bedroom (this is all probably giving people a good idea of just how small our apartment is). So, had it been open before I went to bed- I would have walked right into it. So anyway, last night one of our cats somehow managed to open the freezer door, and it stayed that way all night. We shut it this morning.
Now, I am trying an experiment. I am eating some of the ice cream that was in that freezer overnight and was then refrozen (er, mostly refrozen) today.I'm by myself right now- so if anyone hears that my wife came home and her husband was dead and the police don't know why- please contact the police and tell them I died from a dangerous ice cream experiment. Thank you.
