(no subject)
The snow hasn't let up since last night. It's been light, fluffy, picturesque snow the whole time. And we're supposed to get more all the way through tonight.
Technically speaking, I could work from home tomorrow, too, but the very, very basic nature of our remote access system means there's a lot I didn't get done to day. So I'm gonna give it a try. Here's hoping I don't get my car stuck again. ::fingers crossed:: I've been driving in snow since I was seventeen, and have yet to have a serious accident because of it, but that kind of record only happens if you know how easy it is to break.
Also, I need food. And toilet paper. It's the little things. :-)
My computer has developed a problem. It no longer recognizes that it has a CD/DVD drive. Both Microsoft and HP Support have been remarkably unhelpful about this. As this thing's long out of warranty, I'm thinking of taking the cover off (unplugging and un-battery-ing first, of course) to see if maybe a hard connection got loose.
Choir tomorrow! Beethoven's Ninth, and some Celtic Mass. Not for the faint of heart.
