I finished reading Half Blood Prince today, and it occurred to me that it has the happiest ending to a Harry Potter book since Prisoner of Azkaban.  I dunno... there's such a good sense of closure to it, of Harry coming to terms with all that's happened, and preparing himself for the next step.

My brothers and I are buying my dad golf clubs for his birthday.
