I’m sitting outside the doctors waiting for it to open so I can go in for a blood test. This is to see if the drugs I’m on for my Arthritis are shredding my liver. As I sit here I can’t help thinking about today and what it means to me. 10 years ago today my world turned upside down as my mother succumbed to the leukemia she had been fighting.
