Break the silence
I admit, without organization and having material readily available to provide those not in the know, the idea of staying silent most of the day to make the point about needing to break the silence is something I always debate about. Even so, I try to participate yearly. Whether or not you participate, it's good to visit the campaign's website and remind folks to take some time to think about it.
