Blood and Chocolate Unofficial Soundtrack
Whatever you may think about this movie, you have to admit it has a kickin' soundtrack. Even the songs that weren't on the movie itself.
I read the book before seeing the movie and enjoyed each for what they were. Vivian, our heroine, had a little too much 'tude for my liking in the book. And yet in the movie she didn't have enough 'tude at times! I love the gorgeous architecture and culture in the movie but I missed a lot of the story and nuances of character and clashes of backgrounds that were shown in the book version. Either way, both were enjoyable.
Being a Youtubephile (YT-phile?) I came across a Huntress Moonlight's channel which included the songs that were left off the official soundtrack.
I have these on rotate whenever I'm in a certain writing mood.
Garab by Rachid Taha (Opening Credits where Vivian is running through the streets)
You Know the Truth by Aurah (Vivian Watches Before Beginning Their First Date)
Eu Te Iubesc Prea Mult by Nicolae Guta (Vivian and Aidan's First Date Around the City)
Amor Fati by Aurah (Vivian and Aidan Getting Closer)
Silence Summons You by Sofa Club (I think this after the breakup but I'm not sure)
