So good news?  No longer a temp, officially hired on with the State Department.  Which means that I even get a bit of sick leave, not much as I have the new hire probation to work through, but still good as I caught the Mo-Fo of all colds this week and it knocked me flat out.  I actually had to take a day and a half off and I still haven't gotten ( Read more... )

So, both my two jobs are customer facing businesses, and as such, are affected by the weather.  I'm going to be getting less hours at each and, while this puts me in a good mood in some respects (as I won't be at McDonalds as often or as long)...it also means less money.  That's not so good, especially since I'm kind of trying to move to a better ( Read more... )

Yeesh, so busy lately.  Working three jobs eats up a LOT of free time.  And sadly, the temp job will be ending at the end of the month.  I REALLY hope I can find something for Janurary but I do NOT NOT NOT want to go back to working 6 days a week at McDonalds.
