1K! Update - Dragons
Have I mentioned how much I'm liking AU Azula? Because I really like AU Azula (and Zuko too). Without even trying Azula just ripped apart Jun the bounty hunter's persona in one paragraph of barely over 100 words. And the episode this scene is from is only half over! I've already hit my 1,000 word minimum for the day and at this point I'm eager to see what Zuko is going to come up with. What I'm most pleased about is how well the two are keeping pace with each other. Neither character is outshining the other and that's a factor that is very important to me for this story. Just wanted to share that.
EDIT: Ok so I was gonna have Azula give Katara back her necklace during the episode with the pirates...but now the scene where they hire Jun isn't working as well. I may have to use the necklace here instead. I dunno, I think I'll hop over to the big bang journal and see if anyone has any ideas. Zuko is being cooperative in authorial terms, as is Jun. It's the logistics that aren't working.
