Patient Report - Day 77

Oct 17, 2008 22:10

Patient Name: Der Tod

After several days of treatment, the patient finally appears to be well enough to be released to staff. The lacerations on the patient's face have healed well for the most part. The patient's nose has begun healing well, although heavy bruising is still apparent around his eyes. Swelling, however, has almost completely dissipated and we foresee no future complications.

The patient appears restless, however his behavior has improved. His speech is now lucid and he is fully coherent. Patient refuses to address staff members in anything other than German at the moment, however. Once back on his regular medication, he will most likely make a full recovery.

The patient is to remain in the infirmary for one last night before being discharged to solitary.
