Patient Report - Day 74
Patient Name: Der Tod
Patient was brought into the infirmary unconscious and bleeding profusely from several lacerations on his face. Bleeding was quickly controlled. It appears the patient has a broken nose as well as several superficial wounds on his lip, cheek, and forehead. The patient also appears to have heavy bruising on his chest, but has avoided any serious injury.
Patient awoke early this morning and demanded to be discharged. As of yet, we do not feel he is well enough to be released to solitary. Upon hearing this, the patient became very aggravated and posed a threat to himself and the staff. Patient was given a sedative to calm him down. He currently is stable and resting. It is not advisable for other patients to see him.
