The job i'm at this week just sent out an e-mail regarding street closings over the weekend and monday for the annual IMF/World Bank mtg.

Anyway, http://octoberrebellion.org/ exists for those in the area interested. I wish I knew for sure why my video camera failed me last weekend, or i might try to make it to a protest over the weekend. Looks like they're targeting Georgetown and consumerism generally instead of the IMF which is interesting and makes sense to me. Never heard of a march at night tho. Interesting approach.
I wonder if they protest annually too.
