My mom is here -- we spent the last two days doing research for the wedding stuff. We visited the potential venue (twice), tasted cakes, visited motels to recommend to guests, visited a florist, etc. etc. Also my new roomie (best friend from HS) arrived, and her mom is here until tomorrow to help her move in. Just reading over where I've been, who I've been. I've changed a lot in the last two years, and it hasn't been reflected here. I want to get back to that state of joy that I had then.
