Superman Returns! ~<3
Okay, so I've never been much of a Superman fan, but I HAD to see this movie. Don't ask me why, because I honestly couldn't tell you. It might have had something to do with the promo showing the guy getting stabbed. The Sadistic Bitch in me couldn't miss that.
So I went to see it. Liked it so damn much, I went and saw it again. And oh, have I said this yet?
Brandon Routh (Superman) is HOT as HELL. I mean, DAMN! The first previews I saw for it made him look like a freaking pansy, but he's a stud. ^^ I may be seeing it a third time, just so I can bask in his sexy-ness. Yes. I am now a fangirl. Shut your hole.
My favorite scene was by FAR the one where Superman was getting the shit beat out of him. Why? *points to Sadistic Bitch comment* Cause I'm evil and like watching/reading/thinking about characters that I like being emotionally or physically beaten up. ^^ I must say, there was plenty slashable material to work with in that scene. Mostly because of that LOOK Clark gave Lex before falling over the edge. It made me squeal like the fangirl I have become.
My second favorite scene was the one where the suit get ripped off of him in the hospital. What can I say? Routh has sexy pecs. ^^ These are both followed closely by the scene with the robber and the machine gun. I mean... The bullet in the eye, and bouncing off and they both watch it fall... And then Superman just looks at him and smirks... Gods that was a sexy smirk. I mean really. Made me happy there too. Any who. Yeah.
