Alright, so i was wrong. I didn't wait two years before writing on this again. But it almost feels like it. I'm not sure what happened, but up until a month ago, it felt like the school year was moving fast and lately it has felt like it is moving sooooo slow. Maybe it's because I can't wait for summer vakay. As of right now I have a great job

Other than Berkeley and San Francisco, I have not flown anywhere else. His family has been to Hawaii before though. So we'll see how I handle a flight that is longer than 1 and a half hours.
Trust me, the drama stuff bothered me more at first because I couldn't believe how immaturely they were acting. But as the year went on and I realized that at this point of my career at Ramona (which is only going to be about a year and a half) I really can't do anything about it. I simply attend the meetings, give my two sense when asked and perform all of the teacher duties that I can. I simply don't let it bother me and I stay on neutral ground...I don't take anyone's side and it seems to be working so far. It's not my business to get into theirs, so if they want to be like that, I'm not going to let it affect me or how I teach or act. So, don't let that worry you about teaching.
As for my jalopy, it has been having transmission problems...gears are slipping at certain speeds (between 60 miles and 70 miles per hour), so I'm going to have to get that checked when school ends this month. I know what you mean about the car not running the same....I feel your grief. My car is experiencing the same stuff.
We have two weeks of school left...TWO!!! And I can't wait for summer to begin....I soooooo need a nice long break.
