I'm pretty happy right now because the Myoplex that I ordered online came in the mail today. 84 packs of vanilla meal replacement shakes weighing in at a whopping 42 grams of protein a serving! Actually they technically wouldn't be weighing in at 42 grams of protein because grams are a unit of mass.
I played some more tennis today with Jon, Abby, and Abby's dad. I was destroying with my serve. Still putting up bricks in b-ball. Eh, can't be good at 'em all.
