Pairing: HanChul

Word count: 758 words
Summary: You are the atmosphere in my world.

A/N:  I actually wrote this in Chinese and it was for Clit class ( freaky subject I know><” all the prehistoric poems and ancient principium...the Confucius thing but HEY! I loved the subject!)… And it’s kind of weird and lost its essence when I translated it in to English. Arghhhh…I seriously suck at both languages…

This is for wickedlove13 ^^ cause without her I will not be writing fics anymore with my chaotic schedule. And she is just sooo sweet and talented so I inspire to be like her ( but it will take hell a time… )  ! And and  and i am just so missing her cause she will be gone from LJ for a month T_T…

OH...and this happened to be the first one shot...

*************************************

The world moves fast. And sometimes things happen too quickly. Too stilly. It’s like nobody will notice leaves falling to the ground shaded gold, because it’s all in the nature for it to happen.

One morning nearing autumn, Heechul woke up and Hankyung was gone.

Heechul never found a letter, never heard where Hankyung was going, never made out what were they to each other really.

The world still completes a rotation every 24 hours and a week is still 7 busy days. The hostel, the stage, crying in a drama and laughing with friends in the pub, before he notices it, he is back in bed again.  Heechul’s life is still as simple. Nothing much on the whole changed. But maybe down to the microscopic habits, he notices something is changing.

Before Heechul opens his eyes in the morning, he snuggles his head in the warmness, it was habitual.  “Hankyung…” Only that now when he opens his eyes, he is in the fluffiness of his pillow instead of something that would smile to him. He wakes up, brushes his teeth and finds the toothpaste finishing. “Hankyung ah! The tooth paste… …” he swallows the rest of the words and argues that this is plainly reflex. But he isn’t used to hear the echoes answering him instead.

The morning is too quiet, the sweetness of the fried rice absent from the air. Heechul fetched himself of water from the tap, it is cold and that is breakfast. He puts on a white t-shirt, his jeans and red jumpers, a slivery thin necklace, his watch and red snickers. His hands move up to his hair. Pony tail or a pan?  “Hankyung! Should I……” he stopped twirling with the black locks, and decides he should just let the hair down falling naturally like this.

“Hankyung…”

Back from filming, Heechul knocks on the door, waits, rolls his eyes and takes out his keys when he finally remembered.  His stomach grumbles as he searches everywhere for the pots and pans, where does the damn man hides them?!  When he finally has found them neatly at a corner, Heechul looks at the frying pans with all kinds of creativity, but then decided to chuck it back again. He doesn’t even know how to fry an egg.

He baths, as usual forgets his tower and forgets that Hankyung isn’t there to past it to him anymore. He is happy that no one fights over the remote with him anymore, but isn’t happy that the programs seems to get more and more boring.

When it’s raining no one holds the umbrella for him, when it’s shinning he hides in the room by himself.

When it’s moody nobody drinks with him, when it’s cheery he takes pictures by himself.

When the season is blooming nobody plucks the roses for him, when the flowers are falling he walks on the streets by himself.

Heechul thinks that the season is unbelievably cold. Then he realizes it’s because Hankyung’s arms are no longer enclosed around his shoulders.

Heechul thinks that his reliance on Hankyung comes instinctively. Then he realizes his natural reliance is a terrible habit.

Heechul thinks that Hankyung’s warmness should exist there naturally  Then he realizes getting hooked to this warmness is so easy that he barely notices before it is gone.

Heechul thinks Hankyung should be there like oxygen, in abundance and abundance. Then he realizes that he has failed to get Hankyung realize, how important oxygen really is to survival.

Heechul thinks the world moves fast and things happen too stilly, just like he hasn’t noticed when the leaves fall to the ground shaded gold, because to him it’s all in the nature for it to happen. Then he realizes this ignorance is what makes him loses his everything.

Heechul thinks Hankyung has left too stealthy, like the leaves falling to the grounds without a thud. He only realizes the trees are bare when the wind blows and the leaves rustled against the streets, already palling up.

So Heechul thinks it’s not important to ponder about why Hankyung has left, where he is heading and has they really loved deeply.  Because he realizes what’s important is fallen leaves can never attach back to the branches eternally.

Definitely, Heechul thinks there is still a lot of things he needs to get use to after this. He realizes one of the first is to learn how to walk on solitarily.

One day Heechul will get use to accepting, losing Hankyung happened all too naturally.
