Sick again
For the second time this month I'm sick. First, the flu, right before school started. Now, a nasty cold. I guess my immune system is on vacation.
Just as it was when I came down with the flu two weeks ago, I could actually feel the sickness sinking in and taking hold over the course of a few hours, leaving me in a position to only helplessly observe. Both times it settled in over the course of the evening, and by morning the next day, it was full-on shittyness. And both sicknesses have been worse than they seemed to have been in the past. I've usually still been able to function with a cold, but this time I'm totally incapacitated.
