I am glad to read stuff like this.  Hooray!  (Although I find the line "Several times each day in America a woman is abused or assaulted" rather ridiculous in the amount of understatement involved.)

Rehearsed Big Damn Heroes last night with Jean and Kim. Went well, and now Jean can go forth and teach our newbies the routine for Wondercon. Yay!

Leaving today for the weekend at Asilomar for our mothers/daughters conference, with my stepmom. Should be nice.
