First Walk in a While
Starting to get a little energy back. For the record, liquid iron supplements do not seem as devastating to the gut - or at least MY gut - as pill form.

No more wild oats on my walk...
Big mower cut them all down. Crows and barn swallows were going crazy in and over the stubble, snapping up bugs and other critters stirred up by the cutting.

The Human Tomato
Okay, it is 90 degrees, but mostly, it is muggy, stifling and still. Just walking turned me into a flushed and sweaty mess. LOL! Glad I didn't try jogging!

My walk is heating up & drying out
The little green grasses are now tall wild oats and the lupines are all gone. Still, nature offers these cute little flowers. No idea what they are.
Over ninety degrees and pollen count through the roof. Waiting until Wed to jog again, damn it.
