(no subject)
First week of winter 07 is almost done..just one more to get through tomorrow and I'm golden. This semester shouldn't be too tough, there is just a TON of reading. Which I'm going to have to keep up with, so we'll see how that goes!
Tomorrow is one of our biggest meets of the season...the Genesee County Invitational. I'm really nervous for my guys. We didn't get as much time to prepare as I had hoped, and it's also a bummer that I'm not there everyday to coach them! So tomorrow is diving prelims and there are 35 freaking divers! Which is a TON! They'll make a cut to 32 divers after 3 dives (I know you guys don't care, so I dunno why I'm typing it), then to 16 after 5 dives. Those 16 do their next 3 dives and then they cut to 12 divers. Those 12 come back on Saturday and compete in the finals. I'm really hoping that two of my guys make the top 12 (well I hope all of them do, but realistically, I hope those two do!). So we'll see. And I really hope I don't have to judge either. I just hate judging, I don't think I'm bad, but I'd rather watch and be able to coach my guys while they are in the meet.
So that means I'll be home from Thursday to Saturday. I'm going to come back up here for Saturday night, work at Abercrombie on Sunday, then go to dinner for Anna's 21st on Sunday too! Then the next weekend I will be gone yet again...going up north with my mom and grandma to see my Aunt Bev in Mio. And I might be gone the weekend after that too cuz it's my nieces 4th birthday! Jeesh, I would like to stay up here sometime! Lol.
I've been thinking a lot lately about life in general. I really would like to know where it's going to take me. But for now I've decided...I've just set up an outline that I would like my future to follow, but if it doesn't, then I guess we'll just take em as they come! ;) Good night friends.
