I know you're a bastion of conservative capitalism and all that, but I also know that you can read. 1A prohibits Congress from enacting laws restricting freedom of speech, press, religion, etc. Congress is not involved in this fight. Chick-Fil-A is being a mob of hysterical haters and they're suffering public backlash for it, that's all. Nobody's telling Congress to tell CFA to shut their gaping pieholes.
