Used to be in a style similar to a hime cut but she's let it grow out of that for some time, favoring in having sweeping bangs and keeping her hair loose with the exception of some it in simple braided bun at the back while keeping the bun held together by a pair of jeweled hair needles in it.
Eyes: Black-brown, framed by long eye-lashes.
Dress Style: Somber and heavy. Inclined to dark colors and thick material no matter the weather. Manner of Speaking: Quiet with a hint of elegance to her non-frilly words. She has a slight accent but it can almost can come off as charming on most days.
General Attitude: Affable and sweet, demure but... There's something lurking under those impressive manners of hers.

The Basics
Full Name: Lady Andrea Grey Weaver-Well.
Aliases: Andrea Cruz. The Meddlesome Detective. The Ruined Weaver. The Scarred Operative. Italics indicate past aliases that are no longer in use.
Birthday: 19th of June.
Chiropteromantic Sign: The Rat. Much to her dark amusement.
Age: 28
Additional Physical Description: Used to be a pretty woman, with her full mouth -- that she enjoys colouring with a scandalous dash of rouge -- and pleasing enough features, but the wounds she's been dealt with have caused her beauty to fade and be overwhelmed by the injuries she's endured. Besides the impressive scarring on her face, twenty seven in total if one has the time to count them, she has a collection of cuts and marks all over her body as well, some serious and some not. They've accumulated over her time here in London and the experiences she's had there, most of them originating during her less than happy years as a Weaver in the Great Game. The list as follows:
1. A total of seven scars, long and deep and thin, across and around her neck. The largest is at the back of her neck, at the base of it, in an attempt to behead of herself to ensure a Final Death.
2. Two, large scars on each of her palms. They happen to be Correspondence symbols that she personally carved into her own skin during another fit of madness. The symbols still sometimes bleed despite them being tended to and they happen to be the reasons why she wears gloves these days to ensure no one sees them.
3. Multiple scars across her back, horizontal and vertical with the largest ones trailing up and down her spine. +25 in count since the scars have an unfortunate habit of blending with one another. They're fading but they're there. Quite ugly and obvious too.
4. Finally, a large, horizontal scar on her stomach. If anyone asks about this if they know of it, she's quick to clamp up and coolly change the subject. All of these injuries are slow to healing no matter how many Tinctures she takes and needs to have a personal physician tend to them so they get better over time. She's rather conscious of them as a result.
5. Recently got a tattoo that nestled on the center of her back, smack dab between her shoulder blades. Its a depiction of the sun, delicate swirls and splotches of sunlight here and there. It happens to be made in gant ink, meaning only in the dark it can be seen and appears as glimmering silver. In the design Jamieson and Jermey's names are in there, along with some of her friends' name. So she doesn't forget them, ever. Having a tattoo on the back, where many of her scars here, should supposedly hurt but thank goodness she got a talented artist for this...
Distinguishing Features: The scars on her face and Correspondence symbols on her arms. She also wears a black veil in public most days, often mistaken to be someone in mourning.
Manner of Movement: Somewhat graceful and very quick that can be best described as 'aging cat-like' in a way. There is more emphasis on her footing and getting to her destination on time than looking pretty when she walks but she can move with a regal bearing to her.
Physical Health: Recovering but, at the moment, is in poor of health thanks to her work she had to do then and now. Often needs to sleep for long periods of time to get back her strength and stamina after a tiring day. She's also prone to simple colds taking a turn for the worse without much warning too. Andrea rather blames herself since she believes Jeremy picked this up from her and it explains his current state.
Mental Health: Same with her physical health. Prone to fits of madness and was a regular visitor of the Hotel and was once on talking-basis with the Manager. Has pulled herself together, more or less, since taking her job and her family more seriously and has proudly become an infrequent visitor to the place. With that said she's still shaky at moments and can become faint from too much excitement/stress.
Positive Traits: Hardworker, calm, friendly and is open to meeting people. Loyal to her friends no matter what.
Negative Traits: Evasive, prone to secrecy, does not look after herself much as she should, self-martyrs herself and can be cruel if she must be cruel for the sake of herself and the people she cares for. Can be vindictive and bitter.
Vices: Insanity. A Tendency to use Ruthlessness to Solve Problems in her work. Her longstanding loyalties to the Criminals and the Gracious Widow.
Likes: Taking naps, nibbling on sweets. Taking long walks to keep herself healthy. Music, time for herself and her loved ones, getting work finished.
Dislikes: People who remind of her Mr Ashwood or try to harm her through her friends and family. Seeking the Name. Anything related to the Masters but especially Mr Apples. People who undermine her for her gender or race.
Getting Things Done
What are your primary focuses, in terms of the four main stats?
She's a Watchful and Persuasive woman thanks to her past and present occupations, able to investigate things if needed and get herself out of a mess if needed. Her highest at the moment is Watchful since she does need to be observant considering what her current job is.
What are your weaknesses? Do you have a ‘Dump Stat’?
Dangerous by far. Its behind a few levels but when the rest of the stats are in the 70s and its in the 50s...
Allies & Associates: The Circle and some players of the Great Game. She's allies with the Weekend family and some spies for the Rose Family of the Americas, notably Luca Rein. She's still close with her past connections among the Criminal and the agents of the Gracious Widow back when she was a detective. A known favorite of the Cheery Man after helping him out in the past, she's rather upset that Jamieson, her lover, decided to go against him and distressed that she's being asked to pick sides.
Pets: She has five pets at the moment. Technically three since she's unsure to count Jamieson's gift of a Watchful Doll during the Feast and that presence is something she may or may not be thinking up in her head.
Taciturn Mynah she's named Li Juan. Got her years before when gambling with a group of zailors and she won her in a prize during the round of cards. Hasn't spoken a word since getting her, she's been told she won't speak at all 'after what she's seen at the Zee' to her disappointment, but she's a loyal bird.
Sulky Bat she's named Zhang Jing after a crabby merchant she knew when she was younger. Bought him from the Bazaar as her personal messenger bat. He's grumpy and contemptuous but he's a hardworker and will see his task through.
Cheerful Goldfish she's named Wang Ping. She's been through a score of goldfishes named Wang Ping since arriving her in the Neath, most of them dying from her then carelessness. This is her 34th goldfish and she's doing her best to make sure it lives through.
Connections:
Highest Connection: Criminals. Still one of them after all these years. She's closest to the Cheery Man after he took her into his group for a few brief but informative months and they're close to one another. Or close as he will allow someone to be. She's known to have chats with him out of the blue or playing a game of chess where she wisely allows him to win. Unlike a certain Detective, she isn't as quick when making an exit after sitting for a long period of times.
Second Highest Connection: The Great Game. Through dedication and hard work, and a lot of maneuvering and plotting, she's been recognized and noted for her part and her contributions on the board. She's still considered a pawn but a pawn gaining power. Managed to gain herself a band of employees and pawns as a result, a Gang of Hoodlums to call her very own. She isn't happy to have this connection but admits it is useful. Not without its cost but useful.
Lowest Connection: Hell. Though she's willing to work with them that's as far as she's going to take it. Known to ignore them in public or, during social gatherings, arrange herself to have someone else standing between her and the infernal person. She hates the idea of soul trade existing and frowns upon certain individuals of Hell always preying on the new arrivals of London as targets for abstraction.
Enemies: Opposing factions in the Great Game in general. Society and the Church isn't fond of her as well with her hand in regards to the Priest Incident years back and still hold it against her.
Ambition: She has no loved ones to avenge or heart's desire when she has all she needs. She doesn't need to hunt the Vake or find a diamond the size of a cow. She's content with her true dream of shaking up the foundations of the Great Game like Alice had dreamed of-- But in a much more profitable and careful way.
Other Goals: Rise in the ranks of Great Game pieces and become more than just a piece, become a leader that people must look up to so she's no longer bullied or bossed about by others. She also wants to help her son get better one of these days and aid His Amused Lordship in getting to the Mountain of Life and find the answers to their questions of life and death here in the 'Neath.
Finance: Extremely well off. Once a detective, she's now an important part of the networks and as such the charges of her services reflect that. People are willing to pay it and then some and she's glad for that.
Residence: Currently lives in the Well Manor which can be found around Watchmaker's Hill. She still owns some rooms above a bookshop in Spite, certainly still pays for the rent of them, and that's where she goes when needing to do some more sensitive aspects of her job.
Notable Possessions: She wears a
black pearl and silver necklace around her neck, the only gift she has left of her beloved grandmother. She also wears a
jade brooch at all times too. It used to be a necklace, a gift from Jamie, but she opted to change the design of it so it would be more (smugly) visible for people to see, the jade darkened to resemble an 'eclipse' while surrounded by white diamonds while set in white gold. She also has a beautiful gold apple pin she sometimes wear when going to certain parts of the city but it isn't something she uses most days. It happens to be an item she wants to keep secret. She has an assortment of veils and half-masks to wear out in public, all of them ranging in different styles from pretty and dramatic to subtle and plain.
Favoured Weapon: Favors stabbing implements more than anything. Like her Weaver Dagger and her sharpened hair needles that she wears.
Combat Style: Fast and precise. Focused more on crippling the opponent and making them unable to continue on fighting than outright defeating them.
Questions of Some Importance
Have you got a...

Club? None? In a secret sense she's a member of the Dilmun Club and she sides with the His Amused Lordship in regards to some matters.
Affiliation? A Gang of Hoodlums.
Faction? The Great Game.
Background
Life Before London: The baseborn daughter of a woman from an influential family and a traveling merchant, Andrea didn't have the happiest childhood when growing up. Subjected to torment and ridicule, she finally left them when she was around eighteen after extracting some of her share of the fortune and inheritance and Fell a few years later.
How did you Fall?: Was smuggled in with the help of the Widow's agents. Was arrested after she got caught for pickpocketing a baronet who wanted to make her pay for her impudent actions. Later escaped when faking her death during a riot in the prison and managed to bribe the Undertaker in announcing her 'death' so she could escape into one of the dirigibles.
A Brief History of Life in London: She worked as a detective-for-hire back in her younger years, working aside the Constables whether they wanted her help or not. Through her jobs she met Jamieson Well and the two fell in love, entering into an absurd but delightful courtship that was now-and-then punctuated with her cases and his tasks colliding with each other. After the Priest Incident, the two soon became engaged when Andrea discovered she was pregnant and both were happy with how things had turned out then. However it all fell apart thanks to some plotting of others, tearing her away from Jamieson, Jeremy and her old life when her ability to Weave is discovered. Forced into the Great Game, she was quite unhappy for a while.
It was only a few years back did things start to turn out for the better for her. Thanks to the help of others, she regained Jamieson, Jeremy and some semblance of happiness. Even when they were put to the test thanks to the cunning Lady Thursday, the sadistic Prometheus (aka Forethought, who at one point had her son before returning her to him and had to kill her thanks to an assignment she had been given against her will) and other events -- They managed to come out of them all more or less. Even if Andrea was forced to go zailing around the Neath and beyond two years ago, from island to island in great secrecy, trying to avoid assassinations and let a frazzled Jamie and ill Jeremy be safe from the dangers she brought. She's been in London for the last few months, around October or so, trying to make the tentative choice of staying for good or going back to controlling her network with the water between them and having only Mr Monday as a friend in the boat.
Religion: None.
Occupation: Piece of the Great Game. Specializes in Sensitive Information Encryption and Codebreaking. Publicly she has no real job and is believed just to be a housewife to Jamieson.
Hobbies & Interests: Anything that's intellectual like listening to debates or reading the latest theories of evolution or of the Correspondence. She also likes practicing the piano, watching plays or operas, reading be it for herself or for Jeremy when she gives Danny a break from the work, knitting and practicing her knife skills. She takes trips down to the Bazaar Side-streets to visit the Great Downward Engineering Company and see what they're up to.
Talents: Weaving - A special talent she and some others have, allowing them to discern coded messages and meanings of printed letter at the price of their health and sanity. She's also a good detective, an excellent dancer, okay on the piano and is talented in craftsmaking. She has some skills when it comes to using her knife, has excellent aim after all these years and knows enough of the human body to stab where it will hurt. Has the ability to still move around sneakily too and pick a lock or three when she must. Having to take care of herself growing up, she's learned how to cook and sew and mend clothes quite well.
Un-Talents: Fighting. She's not cut out of that type of stuff anymore and can hold her ground but not for a long time. It's why she favors for speedy attacks and trying to end it soon. While she's affable, she has no real interesting in learning the complicated maze of society dealings after being snubbed by those people so many times.
Education: Naturally intelligent and has picked up some education for herself, either from the streets or formal education. She knows how to write after picking up the talent when still traveling from place to place back on the Surface. She has a talent for numbers and math too, making Jeremy's inability to grasp it to this day a puzzling thing for her and Jamieson, and has taken up an interest in machinery and technology.
Languages: Tagalog and Chinese are her first languages. She's picked up on English quickly when arriving in London, holding the faintest of an accent these days. Knows a smattering of French, Spanish, Russian and Italian from her dealings in the Great Game but can't really carry a conversation in it.
Family: Her family is alive and back in China. Has little to no interest in ever seeing them again.
The Relationship Stuff
Relationship Status: Married to Jamieson Well. They've been a couple for so long that some people have taken up to calling her 'Mrs Weaver' or 'Mrs Well' and now that the two are married, the titles are no longer inaccurate statements.
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual.
How does your character feel about...
Sentient Nonhumans? Quite fascinated by what the Rubbery Men and the Clay People can show them. Definitely likes their company and is a known ally of theirs if they are ever in trouble. Does what she can to help their causes. Has a few friends in the form of Clay Men and the Rubbery, particular with the Coal Collector found in Watchmaker's Hill and the Glim Sculptor she helped in the distant past.
What about Tomb-Colonists? Not the best people to converse with but she guesses they're alright.
Devils and Hell? Willing to work with them in terms of business but that's far as she'll let them near her.
The Masters? and The Bazaar? Loathes them but, recently, has come to pity and like Mr Fires concerning some information she's learned about it. Still hates Mr Apples with a great intensity.
Social Issues? Is quite aware of them having been on the receiving end of it in the past and up until this day. Believes people should be given a chance and supports the belief that women should be more involved in politics and have a chance to vote and hold rights for themselves.
Religion? Doesn't have much of an opinion of it since she nearly was killed by a fake priest. Will go to mass every Sunday with Jamie and participate in the activities she can join in on.
Temperance? Isn't that big of a fan of it.
OOC Stuff
