Fuck this HURTS
Been in severe pain since early yesterday afternoon. It hurts like fuck every time I breathe in & cough, just down the left side of my rib cage. I would go to a+e but what's the point when at most it's strained muscles.
Ended up going to the dr's yesterday after 6 days of absolutely no sleep whatsoever. Luckily the dr I saw gave me a weeks supply of diazepam 5mg tablets to help me sleep,the one I took last night took a while to kick in but when it did I slept like a newborn baby & woke up around 11.30am UK time.
I'm still not used to Sara not being at home with me but I'd rather she stays in hospital until such time as she feels well enough to come home.
Also started going to a self-harm support group at Alex Road on wednesday. It went really well but the only downside is I'm the ONLY bloke among 8 women.
Saw Lindsey on wednesday afternoon too, & promptly got torn a new arsehole for not eating. She said she's very worried about me but she's been constantly worried about me for 5 years on the trot. Ah, Occupational Therapists, you gotta love 'em.
Feeling absolutely starving but I don't have anything in the flat but pasta with nowt to go with it. Ah bollocks.
