On C-Span, Former General Wesley Clark and the Prime Minister of Japan Sadako Ogata were being interviewed in a press conference format. The Prime Minister reprimanded the general for the tactics used in the Kosovo incident, and that the hesitation to send in ground forces and the use of air strikes exacerbated the situation ( Read more... )

there was some concern over clark's being too willling to respond to people. As in, he would listen to the shit that was being said, think thoughtfully, and respond. Lord know's that if your president can't speak in soundbytes, he ain't gettin elected. Also, WC wasn't as "connected" as JK
