On C-Span, Former General Wesley Clark and the Prime Minister of Japan Sadako Ogata were being interviewed in a press conference format. The Prime Minister reprimanded the general for the tactics used in the Kosovo incident, and that the hesitation to send in ground forces and the use of air strikes exacerbated the situation.
Clark listened, and responded like a real person whose tactics were being questioned.
Why wasn't Clark nominated by the Democrats? Isn't he...good?
